Meet The Artist
My name is Traci Vinson. I paint happy realism. I find this world a joyful place, and I also find that nature speaks to my soul.
Using water, paint, and paper, I translate what I feel into something the eye can see. Putting water to the paper, then adding color, and watching it move, brings a quiet inner peace to my mind (and anyone who knows me understands what a feat that is). I add layer after layer of pigments and water until the colors tell me they are complete, and what I feel explodes from the painting. My goal with each piece is to make the observer smile, or breathe a calming sigh.
